Job Description : PROJECT SALES MANAGER THAILAND FOR PLASTIC PARTS The Project Sales Manager role (x1 vacancy) at the company requires a high level of customer focus and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth. The company is a global manufacturing solutions provider specialising in precision parts, plastic injection moulding, and contract manufacturing services. With over decade of experience, the company offers a comprehensive range of services to customers in various industries, including automotive, consumer electronics, and medical devices. This role offers a competitive base salary with allowance and bonus. • Serving as the point of contact for customer management matters • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs • Preparing and delivering customer quarterly business reviews • Providing monthly and quarterly forecasts for assigned accounts • Identifying new business opportunities with existing customers • Monitoring contractual renewals and maintaining accurate quotation and costing sheets To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrated ability to understand sales & marketing and business development, and solid knowledge of project management techniques and are comfortable with ambiguity and able to perform under pressure in a networked environment. • Bachelor’s degree with minimally 12-15 years of experience in program and business management in a plastic injection environment • Degree/diploma in Business Management/Manufacturing or Engineering with business knowledge • Strong analytic/problem-solving skills and agility, excellent communication skills, and proven program management skills • Requires extensive interpersonal skills, excellent business planning skills, cross-group coordination at all levels, business acumen, and the ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time • Good team player and able to manage internal stakeholders
