General Sales Manager 
15 yearsJob Description : General Sales Manager THAILAND to lead sales team at an outstanding expertise in the automation of industrial manufacturing processes. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in line with the company's objectives. This role offers a competitive base salary with allowance. • Be responsible for strategic development of business with automotive; including implementation of marketing plan, sales visits, and project development. • Be responsible for driving new project sales from OEM automotive customers • Sales lead from RFQ receipt until PO receipt • Lead commercial and technical requirement clarification • Provide commercial strategy and offer planning • Be responsible for project milestone and schedule planning with project team • Technical proposal review and clarification with technical team • Project risk analysis and countermeasure planning • Perform market intelligence • Be responsible for customer relation management • Work closely with the SEA Sales Director for planning, reporting and execution of OEM strategies initiatives • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders • Conduct market research and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth • Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met, and customer satisfaction is maintained • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Bachelor's degree in Engineering background, or related field • Proven track record of success as a Project Sales Manager for OEM account or similar position • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders • Knowledge of the automotive or paint finishing industry is a plus
