Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO BAHRAIN Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO is responsible for fiscal operating results utilizing generally accepted accounting principles, such as cost accounting, budgets, and regulatory agency and government reports ensuring the safeguard of the organization's assets. The CFO counsel's senior management on fiscal control and profitability; prepares, presents, and interprets financial reports to senior management; adheres to tax laws and regulatory compliance to properly reflect the financial position of the organization. Directs accounting activities; provides leadership, training, and supervision within the department; provides a high level of customer relations and service; and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Assists in attaining the organization's and department financial goals. Education/Certifications: • Bachelor's degree • Master's degree/ MBA preferred • Professionally qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, or CPA) Experience: • 20+ years of experience in financial services industry within the finance domain of which at least 5 years in a similar capacity position • Industry experience preferably includes payment processing solutions / payment card industry/ IT enabled Services organization providing outsourced services • Experience leading the finance function of an organization that is undergoing transformation/turnaround Knowledge/Skills/Attributes: • Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards • Excellent communication skills and Leadership qualities • Sound organizational, inter-personal, excellent communication and decision-making skill
