Job Description : NSM THAILAND FOR AUTO TYRES A leading automotive manufacturing company. They provide a wide range of products and services, including tires, brake systems, interior electronics, safety systems, powertrain components, and more, is looking for a National Sales Manager (x1 vacancy) to lead their sales team in Thailand. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in Thailand to achieve sales targets and objectives. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building relationships with customers. The National Sales Manager will work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that the company's products meet the needs of the market and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management in the automotive industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role offers a competitive base salary with allowance. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats • Work closely with marketing and product development to ensure that the company's products meet the needs of the market and customers • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management • Identify and develop new business opportunities • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and services • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
