Finance and Accounts Manager

Job Description : FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER THAILAND In this job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth. In this role, you will analyse monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus and provident fund. • Handling month end closing and ensure the account reconciliation is completed on a timely manner • Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed • Work with external auditor for on time audited financial statement • Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company's targets • Process vendor payments and check requests • Process employee reimbursements including managing employee credit and charges and reconcile credit card accounts • Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned • Respond to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests • assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basic as indicated by the monthly closing schedule • Perform basic office management duties as requested : • Bachelor's or higher Degree in Accounting • Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting role • Experience in manufacturing or industrial products is preferable • Accounting certification(CPD) will be preferred • Good knowledge of accounting principle, Thai GAAP and tax ruling • Experience in ERP implementation is a plus • Flexible, proactive and ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
