Ability to strategize and solve problems 4. Proficiency with SAP S4HANA, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint 5. Strong leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity 6. Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills 7. Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning 8. Big 4 Experience/ Experience in catering or hospitality is an added advantage Responsibilities 1. Manage the company's financial planning, investment strategies, accounting, and compliance 2. Driving the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, fund management, and working capital management. 3. Responsible for bringing in automation and streamlining processes 4. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments 5. Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable for the organization's operation 6. Create financial reports and analytics to provide insight to Partner Committee 7. Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments. 8. Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations. 9. Determine finance KPIs. 10. Supervise all finance personnel. 11. Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports. 12.
