Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD STEEL ROPE MANUFACTURING DUBAI Job Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity. 2.Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. 3. Should have good leadership qualities and should be able to make good strategies for the business units. 4. Looking for someone who can lead entire business unit by developing, analyzing and strategizing each and every perspective. 5.Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities. 6.Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the Global brand strategy. 7.Accountable for delivering local Commercial P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs 8.In collaboration with the General Manager, Human Resources and all other relevant functional teams to set annual sales targets, annual incentives, and reviewing progress. 9.Direct management of the Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Operational teams of the vertical
