The role will be responsible for a headcount of 2000+ employees, similar experience is a must. Strong business development background. You would have developed and executed strategy successfully for a large conglomerate with businesses in construction, production, contracting and manufacturing. Thorough understanding and knowledge in financial models and business models. Possess a growth mindset, set key performance indicators, and hold your senior leadership team to high standards.
