Job Description : STRATEGIC PLANNING DIRECTOR THAILAND In this business critical role you will be responsible for strategic marketing strategy for multiple well-known brands across many industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing landscape, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for a range of clients. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks that impact the business Develop and maintain the organisation's strategic plan to achieve long-term goals and objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and develop strategies that support overall organisational goals Develop and maintain performance metrics to track progress towards strategic goals Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of strategic initiatives to executive leadership and other stakeholders Manage and mentor a team ensuring their work aligns with the overall strategic plan Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of strategic plans and adjust as necessary to ensure successful execution The Strategic Planning Manager plays a critical role in driving the long-term success of this creative agency. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or related field Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data sets and identify trends and patterns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across different teams and levels of the organisation Demonstrated experience in managing projects and teams to successful outcomes Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate complex, fast-paced environments Experience working with senior executives and board of directors to develop and execute strategies
