10 yearsJob Description : SALES MANAGER SEA FOR INDUSTRIAL PAINT will be responsible for creating a business plan and strategy to penetrate the general industry market in Southeast Asia (SEA) and organising and building a distributor and integrator network to sell our products into the industrial market in SEA. The position is based in Thailand with international travel required. a leading supplier of products, systems, and services mainly for automobile manufacturing. Our range of products and services covers important stages of vehicle production. As a systems supplier, we plan and build complete paint shops and final assembly facilities. We also manufacture and supply automotive and industrial paint and sealing robotics. Our environmental technologies deal with procedures to improve energy efficiency and the exhaust air purification. This position is based in Thailand and functionally report to Head of department (Expats). Develop and implement a business plan and strategy to penetrate the general industry market in SEA Accountable for all sales & key accounts strategies across the countries within the local and oversea market Organise and build a distributor and integrator network to sell industrial paint-shop products in SEA Support business partners on technical proposals and negotiations with end customers Coordinate industrial products related activities within the company's group of companies Travel within SEA region and internationally for business trips Map out sales strategies and approaches, collaboratively execute with support from cross functional teams to meet customer's expectations and drive revenue growth To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrated ability to understand sales & marketing and business development, and solid knowledge of appropriate techniques and are comfortable with ambiguity and able to perform under pressure in a networked environment. Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Good team player and able to manage internal stakeholders Prior knowledge and experience in paint finishing equipment and coatings, paint, and sealer systems Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills with Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and closing large and complex deals Strong ability to work independently without supervision Great negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, able to manage customers relationship and maintain customers satisfaction Working knowledge of the industrial processing, coatings, chemical processing, plastics and other polymers, machinery and equipment
