Vice President Production

Job Description : VP PRODUCTION THAILAND at one of the most reputable food manufacturing companies. Your main responsibility is to lead it production site to achieve its goal commercially and maintain its highest quality and standard. In this business critical role, you will manage and control production and overall plant operations by strategically driving people along with top management team to derived financial performance and profitability. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus. Accountable for all manufacturing on-site and ensure that production capacity has cover requirement and production plan is delivered safely and on time To manage production to ensure the area in scope of work meet standard: safety, GMP/Quality, efficiency /productivity, cost, delivery To manage, improve and maintain all production efficiency including quality improvement, cost reduction, team building and staff competency improvement for all manufacturing areas in factory in order to meet company objectives and improve customer satisfaction To support and fully execute lean implementation, improvement activities in order to achieve process improvement, cost saving, quality improvement, space saving and service level and also to support concern industrialisation project Optimise manufacturing resources, consumables, production waste in order to get productively Coordinate, support and involve with concerned department to achieve company objectives To succeed in the VP- Production (Food) job, you will need to have at least 15 years of experience in food manufacturing and five years in management level. Bachelor of Food Science , Engineering or related field Strong technical competencies food science technology, planning (resource allocation), costing, basic finance, ISO, HACCP Strong communication and people management to lead and drive cross functionally Proven leadership skill, problem solving and decision making
