Job Description : Sales Manager COMPANY PROFILE : FMCG Trading Company JOB LOCATION : DR Congo DESIRED PROFILE : Graduate + MBA with 15-20 years hardcore Sales & Marketing experience in any reputed FMCG organization in India. JOB PROFILE : - Develop the regional operations plan and deliver Trade Marketing and Distribution KPIs (optimum coverage, availability, visibility, distributors, market stock levels and so on) - Deliver top and bottom line business strategies for the assigned region. - Prepare and execute sales and marketing strategies in line with organization objective - Effectively utilize distributors sales team for the growth of the organization. - Review and meet the set budgeted sales target - Provide sales forecast and generated reports on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis - Examine team performance periodically and identified opportunities for growth - Maintain product quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations, investigated issues & took corrective actions
