Job Description : TECHNICAL DIRECTOR BARCELONA SPAIN Regarding the employment of Technical Director/Head of group (residential): Analysis and study before and after the award. Propose alternatives to improve project profitability. Control the final model of budgets and offers. Responsibility for the technical management of the works. Planning and organization of the works managers and technical teams under their charge. Keep work teams motivated, develop strengths and identify areas for improvement. Final review of the contracts with suppliers, professionals, contractors and industrialists of the projects. Follow-up of planning and costs of the works in conjunction with the team of each work. Negotiation of contracts and budgets. I work mainly in Presto and Project. Degree in Technical Architecture or, Technical Engineering of Public Works or Civil or Industrial Engineering. Experience of at least 7 - 10 years under the position of Group Leader in a building construction company. Valuable experience in new high-volume residential construction. Organized and planned person with mastery of time management. Demonstrable experience in control and management of works costs in a construction company. Domain Microsoft MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel and Presto essential. Organizational and directive skills.
