Job Description : VP OPERATIONS INDONESIA FOR LOGISTICS Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the VP Operations (Logistics) will play a key role in overseeing, managing, and improving the operations including ground operations and control tower. Manage all fulfilment centre activities while ensuring results are in line with budgets and key performance metrics Provide strategic and operational leadership to the team in-country Oversee vendor and sourcing supplier partnerships and knowledge of operations Monitor daily output to ensure achievement of goals and making adjustments using available resources whenever needs arises Leverage access to technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to the fulfilment operations To succeed in this VP Operations (Logistics) role, you must be proficient in working knowledge and experience in logistics processes and procedures from first, middle until last-mile services. Minimum of 15 years' experience leading logistics functions, warehouses and fulfilment operations Preferably working within logistics industry Familiarity with logistics operation flow Strong project management skills Strong strategic and continuous improvement skill.
