Job Description : FINANCE AND STRATEGY DIRECTOR UAE A technology business in JLT has created a new position of ‘Strategy & Finance Director’, focusing on growth and analysis.a young culture and the business was only formed around 10 years ago, growing consistently year on year. Work closely with the COO and CEO Use data provided by FP&A team in order to define growth targets & set key performance metrics Create a clear 5 year business plan and ensure annual financial & business targets are met Investment appraisal, including long term forecasts, analysis of P&L of potential acquisitions MBA / CFA qualified Strategy consultant with an emphasis on finance P&L management experience Experience in one of the top Management Consultancy firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG etc) Exemplary analysis skills Previous experience of working in a fast-growth business in a senior strategic finance role Strong general business acumen Passionate about helping to grow businesses Ambitious and can think outside the box
