Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER BURKINA FASO An exciting new opportunity for an Operations Manager has just opened at a multinational petroleum distribution organization About the role: The candidate must be able to manage operations and logistics of the company by ensuring flawless and efficient execution of all activities as per the organization Safety and Control standards and provide analytical assistance to the Customer Service team. Ensure flawless operations at all plants and terminals: Loss Prevention System (LPS) stewardship. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including safety, environmental, and transportation. Inventory Management: meet approved Oil Loss Targets. Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Organize Supply and Distribution meetings. Assist in Fleet Optimization. Maintain high Customer Service standards. Personnel development: train personnel in the required operation areas and develop expertise. Organize Supply and Distribution meetings. Review of transporter invoices promptly.? ?At least 12 years post qualification experience in in operations and logistics management, in the petroleum products distribution industry University Degree in Engineering Strong track record of setting strategic direction and exceeding business goals. Strong team leader and cross functional worker, with experience of managing, coaching, and developing a team. Fluency in English is required (speaking and writing) Advance knowledge of Microsoft office – office 365 experience preferred.
