Job Description : General Manager/Division Head Location- Lagos, Nigeria, Need Nigeria Experience A new division at our company, focused on raw materials / back end procurement for: 1. Plastic Manufacturing 2. Chemical Reliant Industries (Inorganic, Synthetic, Drugs, Soap, Paints, Agriculture) Job Description o Identifying product specifications and client network within plastic raw material and chemical industry raw materials o Implement network strategy that will ensure capacity is sufficient to meet all sales targets o Routinely analyze and interpret findings of market studies, develop and implement action plans o Manage the client inquiry process, including responding to, distributing and documentation of all inquiries o Responsible for quarterly review forums with management o Taking steps to support the growth of the client network o Expanding network of clients ensuring business growth opportunities aligned to company’s strategic plans o Assess market competition and competitor’s products/offerings, market data (size / growth rate) and analysis o Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives Job Qualification / Competencies o Male, Aged 40 Years o Minimum 8 years related experience in Plastic and Chemical Industry Raw Materials o Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance/ Economics/ Accounting o Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds o Receptive to travel o Resource Management & Project Management experience o Skilled in identifying new growth potential and expanding the network presence o Nigeria Experience Key.
