Job Description : Vice President of Operations- New Jersey VP of Manufacturing- Direct Hire- Multi-Site New Jersey- Injection Molding- Relocation Food/ Ediable raw materials Manufacturing Must have experience as multisite plant manager/leader within the injection molding manufacturing industry, 6 years experience with food/edible raw materials. Must have the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage the team through expertise and coaching. • Ability to when evaluating financial and business indicators and translating data into actionable information to drive improved results. • Strong priority-setting and collaboration skills. • Relevant background in Plastics- PA (nylon).
