Job Description : Electrical Maintenance Manager (Beverage Manufacturing) Tema, Greater Accra Region, Ghana leading beverage manufacturer in Ghana. Total Maintenance of all Plant Machinery Sidel and Hilden, handling PET & Bottling Filling and Packaging line. Machine Installation and startup like SACMI Blowing, Krone Blowing, Filler, Conveyor, Dryer, PE Labeler, SMI Shrink Wrapping, Videojet Laser Marking Printer. Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of on all the Electrical & Mechanical issues in the plant, PLC operated machine, DG, LT, HT & Low Voltage Panels, Distribution panels Etc. Planning, Execution, Installation, Tasting and Commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical System. Installation, Tasting and Commissioning of various machines. Maintenance of Blow Molding m/c, filling m/c, Shrink Wrapper m/c, Packaging m/c, RO m/c, batch coding m/c etc. Maintenance Guiding the Technician and Operator of resolve the problem. Maintenance the spares as per maintenance schedule etc. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Maintenance report. Attending machinery breakdown. Qualification: B.E/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering 12 years' experience into beverage manufacturing. African experience preferred .
