Job Description : Maintenance In Charge (Plastic Manufacturing) Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana a leading producer of preforms and plastic bags in Ghana. To initiate with a plan and group study to execute the Preventive Maintenance, Post Maintenance program on the plant machineries, Trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and overhauling of all Chillers at plant. Complete Maintenance of all Low pressure air compressors and High pressure air compressor in plant. Preventive and post maintenance of LPG gas system in place. Responsible for servicing, maintenance and overhauling of Thermoforming machinery (Sun well) all lines. Preparing daily log sheet, weekly log sheet and monthly as per company standards and modify for better improvement and update to Management. To carry out all maintenance of Injection molding, Tube extrusion plant, Recycle plant by own with down line team. To prepare the maintenance documents, Keep update each machine History in system for better improvement and reference. Always intermediate contact with production and QC Department for their observations and support needed to solve maintenance related issues in time. Training of local Talents: Task to develop local talent in 2 year at least 3 person equivalent to expatriate, hands on experience and update management time to time their progress report. To handle all Electrical as well as mechanical maintenance activity in plant B.E/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 12 years into plastic manufacturing companies preferably in Africa.
