Internal Audit Head

Job Description : Head - Internal Audit ( Finance & Accounts ) for Reputed Pharma company Should be CA with 15 – 20 years’ experience with at least 10 years of experience in Internal Audit . from reputed large size Pharma or manufacturing companies only Defining Annual Audit Calendar with Areas / Processes to be covered along with frequency. · Selecting areas by conducting risk based assessment & diversity of business process criticality. · Preparation of Process Flow Charts for each functions / processes with identification of Red Flags / Control Lapses. · Preparing detailed RCMs (Risk Control Matrix / Checklists) for each scope item. · Reviewing adherence to Corporate SOPs. · Follow ups with auditees on agreed action plans until closure. · Preparation & Circulation of Final Internal Audit Reports post-closing meeting. · Preparation & Presentation of Quarterly Audit Committee Presentation comprising critical observations along with appropriate implementation plan. Salary Rs. Up to 75 LPA
