10 yearsJob Description : SALES MANAGER AUTO UAE A person who is keen to take challenges and has strong strategic skill set to market & sell products (B2B & B2C) To execute the necessary action for multiple products, introduce by the company in both channel (conventional & e-commerce) To explore and develop new market segment (regional & other potential region) and Implementation of strategy for successful introduction and deployment of the digital ordering platform Plan, strategies and execute activities to establish business opportunity direction for multiple products Strong analytical thinking with good market research skills locally & overseas Establish new market distribution channel through importers, dealers, showroom & distributors Study and analyse sales performance on marketplace & online sales platform to improve and further accelerate sales growth Good network or knowledge in selling multiple products as established by the company Researching and determining product weaknesses and areas to be improved for stronger market positioning and penetration Resourceful in obtaining appropriate channel to distribute products locally & overseas Developing effective product sales plan correspondingly and introducing / utilizing the company digital ordering platform Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent qualification Minimum working experience 15 years in related field Proven success track record Able to travel locally & overseas Interpersonal effectiveness, communication, problem solving, teamwork & planning key essence Savvy in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point etc & Presentation Fluent in oral & written in English - plus point other language
