Fleet Operations Manager

Job Description : FLEET OPERATIONS MANAGER INDONESIA Your responsibility as our Operations Manager would be leading our Operations Division comprised of 10 young professionals across the following teams: A. Core Operations - This team is responsible for ensuring the service quality levels of Deliveree's key corporate accounts. Activities include managing dedicated fleets, overseeing creation and maintenance of customized driver instructions and protocols, managing cargo insurance policies, and taking on other special mandates from key corporate accounts. B. Expansion Coordinators - This team is responsible for the expansion of Deliveree's platform and service across the country with a focus on Java and Sumatra. This is a remote team who are located in various cities outside Jakarta. Activities include a wide range of demand generation and supply vendor acquisition activities. C. Intelligence - This team is responsible for managing Deliveree's marketplace pricing competitiveness and custom pricings for RFPs and RFQs. QUALIFICATIONS : Ideal age range 35 - Minimum 10 years full-time experience - Minimum 2 years directly managing a team - No logistics or technology experience required
