Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER INDONESIA FOR SOAP It is one of the largest personal care products manufacturing company of SE Asia having integrated and automated set up for soaps and other products. This will have direct responsibility for implementation of the production plans for all sections which includes. • Prepare Daily production schedules • Ensure adherence to the process parameters • Coordinate between QC , R&D , Procurement, Maintenance ,Logistics teams on regular basis • Ensure maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practises • Ensure EHS related requirements are in place and adhered too • Participate in new product development with R&D • Manpower planning • Prepare reports, MIS for the management • Resolve production, quality related issues if any • Participate in the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, SMK 3 (Safety), HALAL, GMP implementation. • Identify the training needs & implement the development programs : B.Sc./M.Sc.- Chemistry or BE Chemical/Mechanical is desired. Minimum 10 years’ experience in process activity in a Soap manufacturing company having and at least 5 years’ recent experience in Saponification is desired. Exposure to process and finishing lines for Toilet Soap & Laundry Soaps are must.
