Job Description : Retail Store Manager (Electronics) NIGERIA Qualification: Any Graduate with Relevant Experience Experience Required: Minimum 8 to 10 Years Required Criteria: • Must have experience of Electronics-Store Sales experience • Will be responsible for the Day to Day running of the retail store with the sole aim of achieving sales target, maximizing profits and minimizing costs. • Responsible for touring the sales floor regularly, engaging colleagues and customers on the shop floor and resolving issues. • Responsible for quick resolution of all customer complaints. • Responsible for ensuring effective data collection i.e. customer data, daily foot fall etc. • Responsible for annual growth in store revenue and customer base. • Responsible for inventory management.
