Job Description : DIRECTOR OF STARTEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MADRID SPAIN Energy company seeks to hire a Director of Strategy and Business Development to lead the sustainable projects unit Lead and take responsibility for all strategic and corporate development aspects of the company with a special focus on sustainability projects Lead M&A processes and define Due Diligence requirements Identification of potential opportunities in the sector Coordination with the different lines of business and the matrix Lead and prepare the financial models and the information/material to present the Committee Participation in shareholder negotiations Management of a team made up of more than 3 people Work experience of more than 15 years Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the energy sector (business development and/or m&a) Financial modeling English
