Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR NEDERLANDS As a Real Estate Director, you will be in charge of the implementation of extensive logistics new construction and renovation projects in Europe, the US and Asia. These projects are realized and fit seamlessly within the strategic growth objectives of this fast-growing organization. You also naturally take control of greenfield production locations and help determine the optimal technical design, the tendering of the construction work and the technical implementation of the international projects from A to Z. You maintain strong ties with all stakeholders and always strive for the best possible alignment of the interests of all stakeholders and monitor and manage the project planning. Primary focus is of course in time, in budget with the agreed specifications delivery of the projects will be your main focus. The main responsibilities: Managing all international real estate projects in all stages of progress. Management of the portfolio and realization of various future Plants and Offices in the Netherlands and abroad. Conducting local location research. Also the environmental situation (technical & environmental), accessibility studies and other aspects that contribute to the suitability of the location. Organizing the financial guidance and management of all technical and financial documentation necessary for the commercial acquisition process. Making applications (including process and document management) for all permits and exemptions that are necessary for the realization of the project. The pivot between Supply Chain, Production and the internal coordination of contacts with the various departments such as business development, legal and finance. Direct responsibility of managing all project specialists in all relevant areas (Legal, finance, etc.) Step-by-step management, realization and evaluation of projects in the tender, implementation and/or realization phase. Management bears integral responsibility for all purchasing directly and indirectly applicable to the various projects. Spokesman internally and externally towards all stakeholders involved, from contractor to client. Job requirements Relevant training at Master's level. At least 10 years of relevant work experience (Real estate project management). You have a network and experience with acquisition and maintaining customer contacts. Knowledge and interest in circular construction and energy transition. Up-To-Date knowledge of (inter)national real estate market. Knowledge of trends and developments in new contract forms, regarding use and asset management. Conceptual and analytical person. Stress resistant. Goal and result oriented.
