Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR THAILAND In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management and directory/league table submissions. Develop a sales strategy, marketing strategy and business development strategy to achieve company sales goals and revenues Developing and implementing business plans, sales strategies, and action plans to meet sales and margin targets To seek new opportunities / new customer/ new business to support company jumping growth To partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organisation Develop marketing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door and be face of country connect to global product team Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Build strategic relationships and partners with key account customers both direct and indirect influence customers, distributors, and vendors Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Reporting and analytics Minimum five years’ experience in management position Minimum 10 years sales and marketing experiences Self-motivated and able to work independently Good command in English and computer-literate Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation communication skills Good command of English
