Job Description : QUALITY MANAGER DRC FOR MEAY MANUFACTURING PLANT · To ensure the implementation of GMPs and GHPSs around the company Offices, production area, Laboratory and stores. · Effectively monitors Meat packaging process and reports any non-compliances. · Ensures in process inspection and OPRP Monitoring. · Handles complaints raised by hygiene supervisors in regard to the consumables, Product Damage, PPEs, Wear and Tear among others. · Prepares and updates product safety checklist · Monitors the oven temperature and Baking time effectively. · Conducts Meat online monitoring and control. · Implements SOP’s in the Meat Plant. · Effectively Oversees the Dough mix and cream paste preparation procedure to ensure conformity. · Drafts Reports on a daily basis in regard to the quality measures in the Meat plant and submits to the factory manager. · Monitors and implements on line Hand Sanitization, machine sanitization · Keeping of reference samples and help QM, QC supervisor in resolving complaints from market/inhouse · Following procedures and policies for 100 % traceability of materials and products · Analyzing and reporting of data captured during online testing all raw material · Any other duties assigned. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers · Basic knowledge about Meat manufacturing and testing related to Meat. · Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) · Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service · Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Desired Candidate Profile Experienced Required: 10-15 years of experience in Meat manufacturing plant out of which at least 5-6 years’ experience working in Africa region.
