Job Description : FINANCIAL REPORTING DIRECTOR BERLIN GERMANY Management and development of a team of experienced accountants Management and supervision of the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS and the documents intended for external reporting Examination of all financial reports for compliance with factual, formal and legal requirements Creation of timely monthly reports in coordination with the accounting team Plausibility check of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Monitoring the impact of new accounting standards or other changes in accounting principles on the company's financial statements Evaluate and decide which accounting policies to use to record transactions Coordination with external auditors, internal accountants and other departments involved in financial reporting Analysis and improvement of ongoing processes to increase quality, efficiency and automation Completed studies with a focus on finance Relevant professional experience in a similar position Management experience of at least three years Very good knowledge of German and English High standards of quality, accuracy and structure Ideally SAP knowledge
