Job Description : PVC EXPERT FRANCE PVC extrusion expert for its site based in the Nantua region. Reporting to the technical director, the PVC extrusion expert F/M oversees a team of three people to carry out all projects related to extrusion within the company. The missions of the PVC extrusion expert F/M are to: Be the technical referent for extrusion (process, tools, and materials) Manage and develop the skills of his team of three people Pilot, design, have carried out, and put into production the development projects of the extrusion dies, from the pre-study phase to the production phase Bring your PVC plastic material expertise (resin, lubricant, TiO2, masterbatch, etc.) Manage development projects for new PVC material compounds Participate in new product development projects Identify areas for progress in extrusion: quality, reliability, rate, operating cost, series changeover time, etc. Manage development projects for new extrusion processes and devices Ensure with his team the operational development of the dies, PVC materials and processes until the validated transfer to production Participate in the group's industrial strategy relating to extrusion (evolution of the extruder fleet, competitiveness, monitoring and contribution of innovation, subcontracting, etc.) Ensure the technological watch of the extrusion processes Technical training ideally in plastics, you have proven experience in PVC extrusion on topics of project management, process, and tools. Very comfortable in a technically complex environment, and able to support operational teams in the field, you know how to bring your expertise to PVC extrusion as needed. Pragmatic and rigorous, you are proactive and know how to be creative in imagining new solutions.
