Group FP & A Manager

Job Description : GROUP FP & A MANAGER SINGAPORE one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the world. They are seeking a Group FP&A manager to join the global team. Reporting to the Group FP&A Director, you will: · Develop and manage long- and short-term financial plans, budgets and forecasts · Provide in-depth financial modelling, profitability analysis and reports and presenting them to relevant stakeholders · Critically identify areas of cost-saving and other revenue streams with opportunities · Perform business partnering duties and collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure business and financial objectives are aligned · Develop and implement financial planning processes, templates, models to achieve business objectives · Support month-end closing processes, research and resolve queries on reports · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related areas with at least 12 years of business experience with CPA/CA qualifications · Good working knowledge with SAP, TM1 or systems such as Workday, Anaplan · Relevant working experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or strong business partnering experience · Highly meticulous with ability to translate complex financial data into clear and concised reports with good recommendations · Ability to work independently or in teams and possesses good time management skills · Good written and verbal communication skills
