Job Description : Accounts Head MALAYSIA Desired experience: 8 to 12 years Desired qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate / Semi-Qualified C. Job Description: (Not Restricted To) Provides strategic direction with P&L accountability and responsible for the end to end of all financial processes Multi tasking effectively, perseverance in achieving business goals along with leading & developing multi-cultural people Enthusiastically take decisions to balance shareholder interests with long-term financial viability Managing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting. Formulate Budget for the organization and Analytical approach to uncover reasons of variance if any, between actuals vis a vis budget and curtailing the same with improvisation. Develop and implement the financial procedures/policies across organisation which is user friendly & as per government guidelines. Ensure policies and procedures are in sync with group guidelines and external auditing requirements. Develop a competent finance and accounting team and to integrate all departments to thrive for common goals of the organization To take a lead in managing the affairs of various departments viz HR, IT and Admin, while strengthening them Ensuring availability of adequate working capital & funds to meet the company requirements Complete statutory and legal compliances and reports to Government organisations and auditory bodies in time
