Job Description : Head of our Fruit Processing TANZANIA engaged in extraction of pulp and juices from farm mangoes (Mandatory), oranges, pineapple etc. 15+ years exp · The candidate should be very knowledgeable about the entire process starting with fruit identification, operations of ripening chambers till packing of the fruit extracts in aseptic bags. · Experience in Pulp extraction for Mangoes is a MUST · Setting up of processing facility for the manufacture of Canned and Aseptic products. · Technical inputs for the product development · Ensure all the products have clearly defined specifications with careful & sophisticated quality control measures · Proficient in developing and improving processes to stabilize products as per process. · Production Planning/Scheduling and Execution of Production activities of the fruit juice processing plan · Developing standard operating procedures for various quality and manufacturing processes for processed fruit product · Provided inputs related to food safety and quality · Assisted in finalizing requirements for Aseptic/Canning Line for fruit pulp
