Job Description : REGIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR THAILAND An exciting Regional Supply Chain Director – Apparel & Accessories (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at the global apparel & accessories design and manufacturing company. Reporting directly to Global Supply Chain Lead (Expat), this is a role for an expert who experienced end-to-end supply chain, souring, and co-manufacturing management in fashion, apparel, or accessories industry. And experienced in regional scope of work is required. About the Regional Supply Chain Director – Apparel & Accessories Role: In this business critical role, you will lead end-to-end supply chain operation of the business in regional level. You will also lead and coach a multinational team of planners across multiple offices in Asia. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable leading a large team, and have deep knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing in related industry. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus. Key Responsibilities: Lead planner team across offices in Asia to ensure efficient material demand forecast and supply availability Manage and coordinate with global suppliers and co-manufacturers to produce and deliver good quality of products at the right time Manage proper level of inventory, facilitate logistics activities which including lead time reduction and capacity level-loading Source alternative suppliers for new product development to meet global standard as well as the cost Evaluate supplier key performance indicators, establish best practices for supplier management, strengthen relationship with suppliers and business partners Participate and support business planning, capacity requirement, and mid-to-long tern business strategy To succeed in this job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field At least 10 years' work experience of supply chain leadership experience in apparel, footwear, or furniture industry Proven experience of multination team and key stakeholder management Having strong sense of emergency, active respond to issues/ challenges Experience managing large sets of data, able to create reports and dashboards to management team Strong communication and negotiating skills
