12 yearsJob Description : ACCOUNTING AND ADMIN MANAGER SPAIN Real Estate multinational is looking for an Accounting & Administration Manager for its offices in Madrid. Reporting to the Group Controller in Europe, some of your main tasks will be: Financial and business administration Treasury management and payments Support to the accounting team Monthly financial and closing process to report to Group Assure the compliance according to the Spanish law and regulations Direct communication with external legal and tax advisors Help in the audit process Degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting or similar At least 12 years of experience in Accounting Services in Big Four or in a Real Estate Multinational Experience in Real Estate High knowledge of Spanish-GAAP and IFRS Proficient in Spanish and English is a must? Experience working with ERP's? Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills as well as enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insight? Strong written and oral communication skills? well organized? team player?
