Retail Project Director

Job Description : RETAIL PROJECT DIRECTOR BARCELONA SPAIN Supervise the development of the projects and manage the design team, supervise compliance with regulations, construction and design details, proposing the best solutions to improve the Project. Determine types of materials and suitable construction elements that comply with applicable regulations and project specifications. Decision making capacity. Ensure quality and company standards in projects and works for its clients. Coordinate and control the development of projects in cost, time and quality and accompany and coordinate the teams. Manage team of draftsmen. Being the direct interlocutor between the company, suppliers and the client in the projects managed. Control of work from the facultative direction. Essential training in Architecture. Minimum 15 years of experience with retail projects preferably in the restaurant sector. Experience as a Project or Design Manager, coordinating design and/or project development teams. Indispensable Spanish C1 and level of English B2 - C1. Very valuable high level of French. Proactive, dynamic, decisive personality, who works as a team and creates a good work environment. Face-to-face position from Monday to Friday in Barcelona. It is essential to be a member of the COAC. It is offered to participate in a stable and long-term project in an important Luxury Studio in Barcelona.
