Job Description : FINANCE HEAD PHILIPPINES In this role, you will be responsible for accounting controls, assessment reviews and reporting on sufficiency of internal controls over financial reporting processes. Reviews and signs off on the control reports (exposure assessment, suspense monitoring report, outstanding bank reconciliation items, etc.) Oversees the performance of assessments/reviews of adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting Leads the team in the performance of all other tasks relating to general accounting and distribution accounting Ensures appropriate internal controls over processes relating to general accounting and distribution accounting functions Must be a Certified Public Accountant Thorough knowledge and exposure to internal controls over financial reporting of companies in the insurance industry At least 10 years of audit experience with any of the Big 4 audit firms or experience in financial reporting/financial controls with any of the life insurance companies in the Philippines
