Job Description : Battery Recycling Unit CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Job Type: Full-time Location: Dubai Job Summary: Our company is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our battery recycling unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall business strategy, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and driving growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the overall business strategy and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives Provide leadership and guidance to the battery recycling unit team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees Ensure the battery recycling unit operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Monitor financial performance and implement measures to ensure financial targets are met Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to drive sales and profitability Continuously assess and improve the recycling process to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and adjust the business strategy accordingly Good presentation skill and analytical skills Has to present company strategies and plans to the board and investors. Represent the company for all significant meetings. Qualifications and Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field At least 15 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the battery recycling or related industry Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
