Vice President Sales and Marketing 
15 yearsJob Description : VP SALES AND MARKETING KSA The VP of Sales & Marketing directly reports to CEO of Aramco Lubricants & Retail Company (ALURE) and is fully responsible for managing all sales & marketing activities and supervising all direct subordinates and employees of Sales and Marketing. 1. Maximize sales volumes and revenues 2. Develop short term and long-term marketing strategy and placement plans for the products 3. Placement of products in different markets including direct and indirect sales. 4. Handles between 1,800-2,000 customers per year through different sales channels. 5. Handle business development activities including providing support to other Aramco organizations 6. Management reporting. 7. Responsible for preparing Sales & Marketing budget 8. Activate marketing plan to establish product image and company branding. 9. Align between Sales and Marketing Department for optimum implementation of plans. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering. MBA is an advantage. Sales & Marketing experience minimum 15 years in lubricants and related items. Minimum 5 years in managerial position. Or 20+ years in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)/Chemicals /Automotive company at executive level. Previous marketing / campaign experience. Leadership - demonstrated ability to deliver results. Thinks strategically, takes a broad perspective and long-term view of the business. Establishes and evaluates strategies to achieve of targets. Communications – must have strong oral and written Arabic & English communications skills. Ability to clearly articulate and support ideas and recommendations to internal and external customers, peer groups and management. Teamwork - aligns actions to promote achievement of team goals, influences others’ activities toward group goals, and inspires self-confidence in others, places high priority on team performance, helps others be successful, resolves conflicts and removes obstacles.
