Job Description : GM - Complex Plant VIETNAM Education : B.Tech Chemical Engineering Exp : Minimum 15 yrs hands on exp Industry Experience : Fertilizer Industry -Position reports to Sr. AVP Manufacturing -Interacts with plant managers, providing timely guidance towards achieving Business targets with respect to quantity, quality, efficient utilisation of raw materials, utilities, despatches, manpower and all available resources by ensuring safety, compliance to statutory regulation and management System -Manage and implement short term and long-term strategic business plans meticulously by identifying suitable process technology improvements, adopting sustainable and best practices in similar industry towards achievement of long-term Business objectives.
