Job Description : FEED PRODUCTION IN CHARGE KENYA 8+ years experience 1. Feed Raw Material Knowledge ( Grains, Oil, soya) 2. Inventory management & control 3. Production process & efficiency 4. Manufacturing cost control 5. Quality Assurance of FG Diploma / Engineering: Electrical / Mechanical · Shift HOTO (collect the previous shift history & reports) · Check the raw materials stock & finished goods on daily basis. · RM, FG, FA Stock report reporting to RM. · Co-ordinate with shift supervisors to achieve the shift target. · Monitoring the cleaning and housekeeping around the premises. · Monitoring the feed quality and RM quality continually. · Monitoring the feed moisture and ensure the addition of MOP. · Checking and following feed production every one hour once taking sample quality. · Shift Wise Production report & other registers need to complete on time. · Monitoring the Raw materials & Feeds FIFO (first in first out method) · Co-ordinate with internal departments to maintain the SOP. · Monitoring the RM unloading and feed loading. · Follow up Preventive maintenance schedule on regular basis. · Ensure the energy saving & implementation of cost control on regular intervals. · Preparing the production report & maintaining the stock report in excel. · Maintain the minimum spares for feed mill machineries & equipment's. · Maintain main consumables history in feed mill operation.
