Job Description : Sales Manager - UAE The position is responsible for supporting the Dealer Principal in the sales division by managing the full sales process to achieve the agreed sales budget. This requires performance management in the process tracking lead generation to enquiry ensuring the sales team follow a professional sales process to deliver a first-class customer experience during the purchase journey. You will be supporting the sales team to achieve the sales volume and profit margins including all add-on products and supporting the finance process for a customer to purchase a vehicle and ensuring the process manages customer expectation. To be considered for this position you will have: - At least 8 years experience in a retail automobile dealership - Highly organized and result driven - Tactical & a decision maker - Customer service orientated - Residing in the GCC Preference is given for candidates in the UAE.
