Job Description : HR MANAGER DUBAI Design and improve the company HR policies that promote a healthy work environment; 2. Set objects for the HR team and track progress; 3. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process; 4. Lead on boarding / orientation of new employees; 5. Manage employee benefits enrollment and ensure all inquiries and challenges faced by employees regarding their insurances are handled; 6. Coordinate the performance evaluation process; 7. Receive and log various grievances or complaints from employees and provide recommended solutions prior to forwarding complaints to management for review; Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration or a related field; 2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in developing and implementing HR strategy, policies and programs; management experience in large enterprise is highly preferred; 3. Solid knowledge of local HR practices, legal requirements and labor regulations; 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 5. Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
