Job Description : SERVICE HEAD WEST AFRICA Require 9+ years of Exp. in Auto sector ( 3 wheeler). Require exp. after sales services. require very strong exp. in services. Responsibility :- · Managing entire after sales service and Spare part operations with a view to achieve business objectives. · Ensure planning & Quality execution of Service promotional activities within a given budget as per SOP. · Closing of customer complaints within 24 Hours. Note: Require exp. in services for 3 wheelers only.
