Procurement and QC Manager

Job Description : PROCUREMENT AND QC MANAGER DUBAI Degree qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/ FM coupled with above 10 or more years’ UAE in reputed facilities management companies with thorough knowledge in residential & commercial maintenance related procurement and quality management. Experience in Technical Services company in Dubai is mandatory. UAE Driving license is mandatory. Having specific relevant experience is mandatory. Having strong existing connections with Dubai MEP services, specialized services & material and spares suppliers in relation to facilities management services & technical maintenance services is mandatory. Communication with suppliers for getting the best offers, quality and payment terms. Strong ability in Negotiation with suppliers. Efficient in sourcing new suppliers. Coordinate with accounts department for settlement of suppliers. Manage work load and meet deadlines. Ability to streamline processes & identify service gaps and find resolutions. Handle requisitions from multi sites. Multi task and manage priorities. Responsible for service delivery quality for all sites.
