Job Description : GM OPERATIONS NIGERIA FOR MANUFACTURING Nigeria experience is must BE/B.Tech+MBA with 20 to 25 yrs experience in manufacturing industry. Responsible for the entire P&L and day to day running of the business with a particular emphasis on Sales, Ops, production and business development, finance making sure that the business continues to grow and sustained - P & L accountability - RM Procurement - Sales & Marketing - Overall responsibility of day-to-day plant operation - Responsible for complete Planning, development, and direct the organization's operational and fiscal function and performance. - Responsible for analyze and make recommendation on the impact of long range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions. - Develop credibility and authority for the finance leadership team by providing accurate analysis of budgets, reports and financial trends and operational procedures in order to assist the BOD and senior executive team.
