Commercial Director

Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIECTOR MADRID SPAIN for a leading company in the manufacturing sector. Development and implementation of business strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure the growth of the company. Direct and delegate intermediate positions and sales structure. Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with strategic partners. Analyze and monitor sales performance and take appropriate corrective action. Ensure compliance with sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI's). Coordination with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, and aligning the commercial strategy with the general objectives of the company. Previous experience in similar positions, preferably in the non-food sector. Ability to lead and motivate sales teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Results oriented and focused on achieving company goals. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or other relevant field.
