Job Description : Controller for operation in Mexico and the Caribbean. The main responsibilities of the Controller for Mexico and the Caribbean will be: Responsibilities: Review of the accounting and fiscal part of the company and the shared services center (SS) to carry out analysis and present income statements. Audit of SS issues and application of strategies for the payment of obligations. Report of financial results to the general management and the management committee of the company. Creation of the P&L of the company month by month. Collaboration and communication with the work team. Management of frustration and agility in changes. Requirements to be the next Controller for Mexico and the Caribbean: Accountant with experience in accounting and tax review in a shared services center. Knowledge in IFRS. Collaborative spirit and capable of justifying the decisions made. 20+ years experience
