Regional Finance Director

Job Description : Regional Finance Director job has just became available with one of the FMCG companies in Malaysia. About the Regional Finance Director Role: You will provide strategic financial guidance and legal guidance to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met. Key Responsibilities: Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard Develop and control the company’s annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met, and financial and statutory regulations complied with Oversee the preparation of the company's financial accounts to ensure that these are presented Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company To succeed in the Regional Finance Director role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively within a team environment and cooperatively with affiliates across SEA. Key Requirements: At least 18 years of working experience within FMCG or any similar industries Qualified member of an accountancy body or holder of an equivalent qualification Commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful, and influential leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels Excellent in leadership skills
